On Sunday, March 14th, Mama and Daddy put together the new big girl bed that Grandpa Dave and Grandma Lucy gave me for my 3rd birthday.
I had to try my crib out one last time. I was unsure about the transition and sad when Daddy carried the pieces to my crib downstairs. I told Mama, "I REALLY like my crib." But, it was nearly my bedtime, and there wasn't time to put the crib back together.
However, after I got settled for the night, I decided that my new big girl bed was a pretty good deal. I especially liked my new sheets, which have pink, purple, blue, and green polka dots on them. My new pink and purple pony pajamas and Grandma Lucy's quilt also coordinate pretty well!

The best part is that Ezra likes my new bed, too! She jumps in it all on her own. She even slept with me at first...but then Mama heard us talking and giggling late at night. Ezra had to go to her own bed, and the slumber party ended.
